Rubies Costumes Editorial Review
The Rubie’s Gremlins Gizmo Plush Pet Costume has garnered a variety of reactions from customers, particularly surrounding size and fit. On one hand, many buyers find the costume to be irresistibly cute and appreciate the quality of the material. The costume is said to have some stretch, and for smaller dogs, it can be a hit. One customer noted that their Chihuahua adored the costume, bouncing around and soaking up attention during Halloween. They highlighted the cozy aspect of the outfit, which also provided warmth on a chilly night. However, sizing issues have been a recurring theme in the reviews. Several users reported discrepancies between expected and actual measurements, particularly with longer back legs that seemed disproportionate compared to the front. This could lead to an awkward fit for some dogs, especially those who struggle with clothing. One customer humorously described putting on the costume as a challenging task, suggesting it may not be suited for dogs who dislike wearing clothes. The fit was also deemed too large for some dogs, leading to alterations needed for a more comfortable wear. Despite these challenges, the strong visual appeal of the costume and its ability to attract attention seems to stand out positively. For pet owners looking for adorable costumes for small and medium breeds, this costume may serve as a charming option, particularly if they are ready to deal with potential sizing adjustments. **
