The Arbortech Contour Sander is a tool designed to fit an angle grinder, with a 2" diameter available from several suppliers. The tool is a great option for sanding bowls or tight contours, and the lip of the pad is flexible and adapts to the contour of the sanding surface. The device is of excellent quality and works smoothly and efficiently. The tool does not work on plaster, and an orbital sander made by Arbortech is required for that. The device is a bit on the pricey side but is useful and well worth the investment for professional and personal use. However, the tool is unnecessary and is not suitable for contour sanding of high degrees. Some users have replaced the PSA disks supplied with hook and loop sanding circles that can be removed and reused.
