The Steelman Valve Stem Puller/Installer is a solid steel tool with a threaded head and pivoting head. Unfortunately, it only works with Schrader valves and not Presta valves. The tool comes with no instructions, but it is relatively straightforward to use. Essentially, users cut the old stem, place a new stem through the hole, screw the tip of the installer onto the valve stem, and pull it through until it stops on the groove.
