- CellCept(R) showed a 50% reduction in maximum plasma concentrations of Mycophenolic acid under the influence of Pantoprazole, with a 30% decrease in the area under the concentration-time curve during the dosing interval.
- In contrast, the bioavailability of myfortic(R) was not influenced by Pantoprazole.
- In vitro release experiments demonstrated the high stability of myfortic(R) tablets in the pH range of 1-5 and the low water solubility of Mycophenolate mofetil at pH 5.
