TAMIYA Adhesives Editorial Review
The Tamiya Extra-Thin Cement is a highly regarded adhesive within the miniature modeling community, offering users a quick-setting solution for bonding various materials. Praised for its impressive holding power and rapid drying time, many users, including seasoned miniature painters and hobby builders, have found it to be an essential tool in their projects. The product's lightweight Consistency allows for precise application, making it particularly beneficial for intricate work where a transparent finish is desired. Crafted with a fine-tip applicator, which is essentially a small brush, this adhesive allows users to apply the glue with exceptional accuracy—ideal for filling small gaps in models. Multiple reviewers noted that the glue does not emit a strong smell, allowing for enhanced usability in confined spaces. Importantly, the durability and cost-effectiveness of the Tamiya Extra-Thin Cement have led to repeat purchases by satisfied users, cementing its position as a staple for hobbyists. However, it's worth noting that the adhesive may not be well-suited for all materials, as one user experienced difficulty in using it with Lego bricks. In summary, the Tamiya Extra-Thin Cement excels in ease of use, speed, and versatility for small-scale modeling applications, making it a highly recommended choice among hobbyists. **
