The LG 10,000 BTU Smart Window Air Conditioner is a good fit for those looking for an easy install with quick programming and minimal noise. One customer had a fire which prevented them from using the unit, however, once they were finally able to use it they were impressed. The customer stated that without it, they could not function. Another customer claimed that it cools a large area and the wifi feature is an added perk. The downside to this is that the SmartThinQ app is not very user-friendly and there is poor customer service support if assistance is needed. Additionally, some customers experienced problems in which the air conditioner stopped working after a short time or failed to perform as well as they expected.
