Answer: Airborne particles down to 0.1 microns, including odors, pollen, smoke and pet dander, with an efficiency of up to 99.97%. -

How often should I replace the filter?
Answer: It is recommended to replace the filter every 6 months, or more often if you use the air purifier in relatively high pollution environments. -

Has anyone noticed a smell from new filter?
Answer: NO, I have not noticed any type of smell with this purifier. -

On average what is filter replacement rate on the filters?
Answer: The filter life depends on the actual working environment. In the normal service environment, the filter life is 1,500 hours. After about 1,350 hours (90% of rated lifecycle) of cumulative operation, the Filter Alarm light will flash to remind you to purchase and replace the used filter. Replace it with a new one, then press and hold the Filter Replace button for 3 seconds. And the Filter Alarm light goes out as the buzzer makes a beep. -
Question:
Why is the filter light blinking after replacing filter?
Answer: Try holding down the change filter button for 3 secs+. It was what I did since the same thing happened to me. Hope this helps. -

Is filter washable between changes
Answer: H13 Ture HEPA filters are only replaceable and not washable, please do some simple cleaning frequently, you can vacuum using a soft brush head. The filter life depends on the actual working environment. In the normal service environment, the filter life is 1,500 hours.
